We love to eat good food. The secret of a great dish is to choose only the best and fresh ingredients and prepare the dishes fresh for you. We take this very serious because we want every dish to be a success. The ingredients are regional and possibly come from local small family-run businesses. Pasta dishes, including the traditional “canederli” and “cajincí” are prepared with great passion fresh for you. Our Chef prepares all the typical Tyrolean and classic Italian dishes with special regard to the original recipes.
The á la Carte Restaurant of the guesthouse La Fontana offers the best dishes of both culinary worlds. A great example thereof is the tagliatelle (pasta) with venison ragout. Everyone finds a dish to fall in love with. We also love to see that the restaurant guest come back many times to order the same plate they fell in love with the first time. Our houseguests can choose between our à la Carte Restaurant and the half board arrangement. The latter includes a rich breakfast and a salad buffet with two menus for dinner. For dining we propose both regional and international dishes. Weekly we organize different themed evenings, as for example the Ladinian Evening, where we serve you in Lederhose and Dirndl our traditional dishes. For this special occasion, Robert will cook for you and present you the dishes. During the winter season, on Sundays we have the gala dinner. Both, in summer and in winter, we welcome our guests weekly with an aperitive before the dinner.
